Role: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Winsford (travel and site work when needed)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am till 16:30 – Friday 7:30am till 13:30
Salary: Up to £26,500 dependent on exp
Additional Bonuses and wage related extras.
This is a permanent role is to start as soon as possible.

You will be based in Winsford Cheshire, but will have the opportunity to travel to various sites across the UK as momentum continues to increase on the projects which you will be working on. It’s important to know that although initially based in the factory, field service work will quickly become part of your role!
This Role is perfect for someone who has experience within both the Manufacturing & Field Service sectors, with a strong ability to:
- Assist with engineering issues in various states of manufacturing
- Troubleshoot and adapt to challenges on site
- Operate various machinery including overhead cranes and lifting equipment
- Read, Interpret and mark up engineering drawings and other technical material
- Perform failure analysis and service calls to determine the cause of malfunction
- Assist customers with technical issues as required
- Perform on-site service and warranty functions as requested
- Communicate clearly to customers and team members at all times
- Assist Engineering and Estimating Departments with bid and proposal work as requested
If you have a grounding in manufacturing and engineering, It will allow you to acquire new skills and knowledge of some market leading products, while also putting your existing abilities to good use in their busy and productive Winsford base of operations.
As mentioned initially you will be based primarily in the Factory but you will eventually see a shift in your time from base to on site, so being adaptable and motivated are key attributes for this role.
