Recruiters love to advertise your job and then forward on any applicants that even remotely fit your requirements (it makes them feel like they are ‘earning their fee’)… we haven’t and will never subscribe to this method. You will only receive 2 candidates at a time and they will have ticked off the boxes you asked us to.
